A more clear definition on Habilitation

Although there are some general guidelines, at least in PhilFak there are no defined instructions on how to perform a Habilitation by publication compendium. It would be desirable to reach a real agreement on this issue on aspects such as how many articles to publish or how many authors each article can have. On this last point, I would also recommend a modern, collaborative approach in which the idea of a single author is abandoned and articles by more than one author are accepted.
